Customer Service at The Tailored Fit
The Tailored Fit offers a heightened level of customer service, and we want to explain the difference between us and your drycleaner. Don't get us wrong--we love drycleaners--but we love you more and want you to have the best possible experience when having your clothing tailored.
When you come to The Tailored Fit to have us alter a dress or tailor your suit, repair the binding on your favorite quilt, or design and make a beautiful new custom blazer or jacket, you receive more than just a basic service. Our customers are more than just a number on a drycleaning ticket. Our staff gets to know you, and when your item is finished we call you and address you by name to let you know.
We know your time is valuable. Whether you make an appointment or walk in to have your items tailored, altered, repaired, or made, or heck, maybe you just need your measurements taken (we do that, too!) we prioritize you and strive to make the process as efficient as possible. Our mission is to treat you the way we'd want to be treated and to make you feel as comfortable as possible in a professional, warm setting.
We listen to you. We want to know what makes you tick and what makes you happy so we can help you look your absolute best. Maybe you want to update your wardrobe with a few new custom suits but aren't sure about what trends will last or which best work with your physique. We stay abreast of industry apparel trends so you don't have to. If you're into a more classic look, we respect that and will execute the work in a manner that keeps with that wish.
Did you know that we offer house calls? For a small fee, you can make an appointment for us to come to your home or office so you don't have to come to us for alterations or tailoring, or even repairs. We try to work with you every way possible to make sure your needs are not only met, but exceeded. You are our most important asset!
